Tell us about yourself.

“My name is B. Will and I am 30 years old from Baltimore. I am a wardrobe consultant and the owner and buyer of the women’s sneaker website SoleSense.”

How long have you been a sneaker lover?

“Forever, literally.”

Do you remember your introduction to the sneaker game?

“Yes, when the Air Max Plus first came out. It was the orange and the blue one that came out at the same time and it was tax time so I was so happy I could get both pairs.”

What is your favorite pair of sneakers?

“Air Max 1.”

What are you wearing now?

“Silk Opening Ceremony top, Victoria’s Secret bralette, dollar store set pants that are actually pajama pants, and Cone 98s.

What is your favorite sneaker colorway?

“Anything that has yellow!”

If you could collaborate with any sneaker brand, who would you collaborate with and why?

“Nike most likely. So I’m biased as a Nike girl since I used to work for Nike and that’s the brand that sells the most for my company.”

What do you think the sneaker game is missing?

“Women! Women in the designer seats and not just on the team for marketing purposes. We know our bodies and style and from the looks of what the brands have been dropping for not just sneakers but the matching apparel, we are clearly not in the room let alone apart of the conversation.“
